Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cosmic Nomads. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@ixnayonthemark.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a defect with the item or the wrong item was sent. 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items 
  • Custom or personalized orders

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@ixnayonthemark.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@ixnayonthemark.com with a photo of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ixnayonthemark.com.
