Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cosmic Nomads. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Below is our shipping policy that outlines the terms and conditions of shipping our products.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number or have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at info@ixnayonthemark.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your order. Our primary carriers include:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

The carrier selected for your order may vary based on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option chosen at checkout.

6. Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if you experience any other shipping-related issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to correct the address, and additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Cosmic Nomads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
